Join us for one of our designated Enrollment Days to enroll for the Fall 2025 semester! Our dedicated Staff will personally walk you through the enrollment experience from start to finish. You’ll have the opportunity to take a placement test if needed, meet with an advisor, enroll, learn how to navigate your MyDC3 portal, and wrap up any lingering questions you may have with Financial Aid or Student Housing. We are so excited for you to start this new journey as a Conquistador!

*If you are unable to make an in-person Enrollment Day and would like assistance on your next steps, please complete our Virtual Enrollment Assistance Form, and an Admissions Representative will be in touch with you within 5 business days. Steps to Get Started

  1. Have you applied for admission?
    • If not, please complete our free Admissions Application no later than 2 business days prior to your enrollment date. You will not be able to enroll without a Student ID. Not sure if you have been admitted? Reach out to our team at admit@dc3.edu.
  2. Have you submitted your transcript(s)?
    • Final official high school transcripts showing your date of graduation must be sent from the awarding high school directly to our Records Department at transcripts@dc3.edu.
    • Official college transcripts must be sent to our Records Department by the issuing institution
    • GED scores must be sent directly from the State Board of Education.
    • All hand-delivered transcripts must be in an official sealed envelope.
  3. Have you taken a placement test?
    • Placement test scores can be sent to testingcenter@dc3.edu.
    • ACT code is #014020
    • If testing is needed, students can take the ACCUPLACER during your Enrollment Day.
  4. Have you applied for financial aid?
    • We highly recommend for you to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.studentaid.gov. Please reach out to finaid@dc3.edu with questions!
  5. Apply for student housing!
    • The Fall 2024 Housing Application can be found under the Student tab in your MyDC3 portal. Room assignments are based on a first come, first serve basis after the $150 application fee is paid in full. Payments can be made with the Business Office at 620-227-9209 or in your portal. Be sure your application is completed in full and submit your immunization records to reslife@dc3.edu.
